Expand README into developer documentation - #71

Extend the existing README with the parts a developer needs to actually use the library: a quick start, validating a value (validate: semantics + the JSONSchemaError hierarchy), reading/writing values, serializing a schema, a supported-keywords table, the supported-formats list, how to add a custom format, and an honest "what is not supported" section. No behavioural changes; documentation only. All examples verified against the current image. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
